The waiting period of 8 weeks expires
Trade unions, employers and the government have created new rules for pensions. That is why StiPP's pension scheme is being adjusted. The new pension scheme eliminates the waiting period of eight weeks worked for new employees. This means that as an employee you accrue pension immediately from your first working day. What else does this mean for you?
If you are already accruing pension at StiPP, nothing will change for you. Are you leaving the company and returning to StiPP? Then you immediately accrue pension again.
