Your pension is less than the commutation threshold of €613.52 (2025)
You can have your pension paid out as a lump sum. After this payment you will not receive any more pension from us.

This is how to have your pension paid out as a lump sum
- Apply for your pension via Mijn StiPP Pensioen:
- Log in - Click on the bar ‘Klik hier om uw pensioen in één keer uit te laten betalen'
- No access to Mijn StiPP Pensioen?
Then please complete this application form
Pros
- You receive the amount as a lump sum. You can spend it as you wish.
Cons
- The amount you receive as a lump sum is added to your income for that year. Your allowances (for example, healthcare allowance and housing allowance) or benefits may change as a result. Check carefully before you have your pension paid out as a lump sum.
- You will not receive a monthly amount in your bank account for the rest of your life. Nor will your partner receive a pension if you die.
- If you have decided to retire before your state pension age, you will pay a relatively large amount of tax on your pension. From your state pension date you actually pay less income tax. You will find further information about this on the Tax and Customs Administration
