The government wants as many workers as possible to accrue pension. Therefore, from 1 January 2024, the age of entry will be lowered from 21 to 18 years. This means that younger employees from the age of 18 start accruing pension at StiPP.
Are you already employed by an employer that is affiliated with StiPP and between 18 and 20 years old? The week count starts from 1 January 2024, so the weeks worked before that do not count.
