Old-age pension

You will receive your pension benefit from StiPP every month. This monthly benefit is purchased from the pension capital that you accrued with StiPP. You will receive this benefit until your death.

From gross to net pension

You will receive your net pension in your bank account every month. StiPP automatically deducts the payroll tax from your gross pension. A contribution for the Health Insurance Act is also deducted. This affects the net amount you can spend. You will receive your annual statement from StiPP with an overview of your pension benefit and all the information you need for your tax return. StiPP does not apply the payroll tax credit to your pension, unless you have requested it yourself.

Your benefit is not stable in value

Money becomes less valuable due to inflation (price increase). Your pension benefit will therefore also be worth less: you can buy less for the same money.

Your pension will be in your account no later than the 24th of each month

The payment dates

The table shows the dates on which we transfer the money to your bank account number. Your pension will be in your account no later than the 24th of each month. Annual 'Proof of being alive' required if you live abroad
If you live outside the Netherlands, you must complete and send the declaration 'Proof of being alive' every year. Please make sure that this declaration is completed and signed by one of the following authorities:

• The municipality
• A notary
• The police
• The Office for Social Affairs (Suriname, Antilles)
• Justice of the Peace
• The Commissioner for Oaths (United Kingdom, Canada)
• The OCMW (Belgium)

Send the statement to StiPP every year. If you do not do this, the payment of the old-age pension will stop.
