About the new pension scheme
On 30 May 2023, the Senate approved the new legislation on pensions. This law came into effect on 1 July 2023. The aim of the new legislation is to make the pension system more open, personal and future-proof. This also means that changes will take place in StiPP's pension scheme in the coming years. On this page we will keep you informed of the changes. StiPP will supplement the information in the coming period as more becomes known.
When will the new pension scheme take effect?
The new pension law will take effect in several phases on 1 July 2023. Pension funds, such as StiPP, have until 1 January 2028 to switch to a new pension scheme. A number of new rules are already taking effect earlier.
